By using this website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to alter and change these terms and conditions which will be effective immediately upon publication on this website.
Exchange & Return Policy
Please choose carefully as we cannot exchange or refund if you have simply changed your mind. There are no exchanges or refunds on sale items, promotions or earrings (due to hygiene).
Goods sold are non-refundable unless we have missed a manufacturing fault. If this is the case, please notify info@aanajanakis.com within 21 days of receiving the product, where we offer the option of exchange.
*Manufacturing faults do not include: broken, chipped, cracked, lost pieces, marked surface of the acrylic and tarnishing of plated metals from general wear of the jewellery.
Repairs to damaged goods are assessed by case and may incur a fee. AANA JANAKIS reserves the right to deny approval of customer’s returns if they do not meet our requirements.
You are responsible for safely packaging your return item in it’s original packaging, so it is received undamaged during transit. AANA JANAKIS will only accept the piece of it is packaged properly. Please attach your name and reference number with the package so we can identify who you are.
Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges on any returned orders, only the cost of the actual items returned will be refunded.
Privacy Policy and Payment
All pricing and freight charges are quoted in $ AUD.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, debit card and PayPal.
All transactions on this website are processed securely using PayPal.
When checking out, you have the choice to pay direct via credit card or debit card, or use an existing PayPal account. Payment is debited from your account at time of checkout.
All currency exchange rates are processed through PayPal.

We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with any news (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us. This Privacy Statement assures that your personal information is kept strictly confidential and at no point will we rent or sell this information. Care Instructions
Please care for your piece as you would any piece of fine jewellery.
Regularly tighten the round ends of the bar and backs of the earrings to ensure that they are securely fastened.
Polish Perspex with the microfiber cloth provided to remove all unwanted finger marks and natural skin oils, giving the pieces a constant glassy high polished effect.
Our gold pieces are made out of plated metals, which means that a layer of 24k gold is applied on top of the base metal. Plating rubbing off or tarnishing is a natural part of the wear and tear process and not a manufacturing fault. Different skin acidity levels and the wear and tear process will influence the life length of our products.
To prolong the life of your jewellery, use soft microfiber cloth provided to wipe 24K Gold Plated regularly to remove chemicals and body oils which will affect the metal over time. Limit contact to rough surfaces or other metals to prevent changes in colour and scratching. Avoid wearing any of your pieces while showering, at swimming pools, at the beach, or while exercising, as chlorine, salt water or sweat can discolour your jewellery.
After use, please store your AANA JANAKIS piece in its original box.
Sizing
Designs are available in one size only, unless indicated. Use the measurements provided in the items Product Description as a guide. Should you have any other queries regarding size please email info@aanajanakis.com prior to placing item in your cart.
If you have concerns about ring sizing, the most accurate way of determining your size would be to go to a jewellery store and have them measure your finger. Alternatively you can get a fair idea of your own ring size by measuring the diameter of a ring you already have and comparing this to the measurement provided in the items Product Description.
Variance in acrylic
Each piece of acrylic is heat moulded by hand and therefore may vary ever so slightly in shape and size. Your piece will bear individual characteristics and although equally as beautiful and unique, may vary slightly. We are regrettably not able to exchange for a different piece.
Shipping
All items come in their own custom box containing a microfiber polishing cloth and an invoice.
If you are purchasing an item as a gift for someone, please notify us so that we can arrange for a custom message to be sent with the package and an invoice to be sent to a separate address.
Australian Orders
All orders shipped within Australia will be sent via Express Post - Australia Post.
Australia Post Express shipping is a complimentary service AANA JANAKIS provides.
Once received, all orders are dispatched between 9:00am and 5:00pm AEST Monday through Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
AANA JANAKIS orders will provide a tracking number on request.

International Orders
All orders shipped internationally will be sent via DHL Global Mail.
To ensure many of our customers have access to AANA JANAKIS, international shipping through AANA JANAKIS Online is currently available to 31 countries across the globe, with new locations added regularly.
Please see the table below, for an approximate guide on cost and time for delivery to your particular destination.
Once your item has been dispatched, AANA JANAKIS orders will have a tracking number (which can be tracked on the DHL website) and you will also require signature upon delivery. If no-one is available to sign at your address at the time of delivery, your parcel will be taken to your local post office for collection.
All mail items are subjected to customer’s inspection and clearance. Any penalty, customer duties and/or other relevant taxes imposed by the destination authorities will be borne by the recipient. Unfortunately we are unable to advise the amount this may be.
